[NMUG] Batch changing of files query

Photoshop
Have a candidate ready to convert.
New action from actions pallet - name it.
click the record button.
Select image mode - rgb
ok
save as. Save to location.
close.
Stop action.

Now that action can be used manually from the pallet, or using an assigned
shortcut - or chosen in the batch command.
If you do not want to overwrite files you have to pay attention to the save
and location.

TEST it carefully before running.

Actually for this Graphic Converter is probably a lot easier.
