Hi All
I've been trying to make a new email address on Virgin/ntlworld.   
Does anyone else on ex-ntlworld cable find they can't do the  
'household management' side of things?  I CAN get in to read my  
emails but any time I try to manage something it says 'error - not  
possible to retrieve your.....etc'
It's always been this way for me but last year after numerous calls  
someone got me in.  Now they are denying that & generally  
stonewalling or saying its a Mac problem, so I need advice or at  
least evidence. [And please don't just say 'switch ISP']
 From what I can understand this doesn't happen with Virgin a/cs, or  
ex-blueyonder, just ex-ntlworld. Can anyone verify from experience?  
I'm looking for about 100 punters in the end I guess, for them to listen
