[NMUG] iMachanic needed

Hi All,
 
I have just realised that emails I send from Waitrose webmail are going out 
with stuff which I know nothing about and with someone else's email address 
on.
 
I had complained to Waitrose weeks ago and I thought it was sorted but 
obviously not.
 
I have found and deleted the offending items, I hope.
 
Can anyone recommend an  iMechanic please.
